Leadership in Website Development

I took the lead in rebranding FST Korea’s website by hiring and managing a skilled professional to execute the project. From the initial selection process to project completion, I oversaw every stage of the redesign.

In addition to managing progress, delegating roles, and providing constructive design feedback, I contributed directly by writing and refining the website content in English. This ensured the messaging was clear, professional, and appealing to an international audience, aligning with FST Korea’s global ambitions.

By fostering a collaborative environment and maintaining clear communication, I successfully guided the rebranding process to completion, creating a modern, user-friendly website that reflects FST Korea’s innovative vision and enhances its global appeal.

Developing FST Korea’s Digital Presence through Linkedin, Naver, and Google with SEO

I spearheaded creating and managing FST Korea's LinkedIn, Naver, and Google pages, leveraging SEO strategies to enhance the company's online visibility and engagement. By crafting targeted posts, videos, and promotional content aligned with our brand values and market goals, I successfully increased FST Korea's reach and credibility in the global market.

The LinkedIn page, in particular, attracted the attention of companies from Australia, Japan, and the United States, resulting in partnership inquiries. I was pivotal in handling million-dollar negotiations and facilitating business expansions, showcasing my ability to communicate effectively in professional and business contexts.

This experience demonstrated my expertise in building and optimizing digital platforms and strengthened my skills in global business communications and strategic relationship development.

Developing and Implementing Marketing Budget

I developed a comprehensive marketing budget and plan for FST Korea, encompassing LinkedIn Premium, email marketing campaigns, LinkedIn blog postings, and merchandise creation. This process involved researching and prioritizing cost-effective strategies to maximize ROI while aligning with the company’s branding and business objectives.

Through this experience, I learned how to allocate resources efficiently, assess the effectiveness of various marketing channels, and prioritize impactful initiatives. The budget plan was approved and implemented successfully, reflecting my ability to create actionable, data-driven strategies tailored to the company’s needs.

What I Learned

Working at FST Korea, I learned how to navigate the complexities of global marketing, balancing local market insights with international business objectives. I gained experience in SEO optimization, Google Ads, and leveraging digital marketing to increase online visibility.

I gained skills in brand positioning and creating strategic campaigns that resonate with diverse audiences. Managing partnerships, negotiating deals, and leading marketing initiatives further taped into my leadership abilities and taught me how to adapt quickly in fast-paced, international business environments.

I also learned to work in an international, Korean-based workspace, gaining a deeper understanding of cultural nuances and business practices, while also acquiring a basic proficiency in the Korean language.
